VoIP-Dragon
Consulting LLC configured and implemented all technology from the slot
floor to back of house for Graton Resort Casino. Graton is a complete
Juniper infrastructure with a Cisco phone system. VoIP was
responsible for the design, configuration and build out of all
infrastructure, applications, servers, and systems including gaming.
Such task included, all gaming floor config where we worked closely with
Bally’s, IGT and Williams Brothers. For table games we worked and
configured everything for Genesis Bravo Table Games player tracking.
Implemented Aruba wireless. Designed multicast networks for streaming
music and video. Configured all backend systems such as, MIMO, RFID
chip readers, CMS, AS400, VMWare, SafLok, ClearPass, iTrak, and multiple
other application servers.

held multiple maintenance contracts with Station Casinos which included
Cisco Voice maintenance, Genesis Bravo Table Games, as well as
infrastructure support. We have worked on many of the systems
including their virtual environment helping to stabilize and maintain,
switch replacement for property closets, call recording for PCI compliance,
PBX integration, as well as TTY compliance. Maintained their Cisco
CallManager and Unity systems as well as UCCX environment and Interactive
Intelligence PBX solution. Designed and implemented their CallCopy
recording solution.
